I own a 2 BHK cozy flat in Greenland County.and the reason behind my post is the I am looking to rent the flat out. 


Details of the flat to be rented at Greenland County in Narhe near Sinhgad Road:

• The area is 725 sq ft. I took the possession of this newly constructed flat just today i,e the date of writing this post. 
• The flat is  at 5th floor with a terrace for the hall. 
• The flat has 2 Bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen and 1 Bathroom and obviously 1 toilet.
• For now I want to rent the flat unfurnished.  
• Covered parking is available which is of awesome size.
• The flat is garden facing where in one can keep an close eye on the kids playing in the playing area from all of the rooms of flat.
• The flat has spring dale school near it. 
• I just happened to visit the clubhouse a day before and they have this awesome place with a swiming pool, Table Tennis and Gym.
• The lifts are having 24 hour power backup.2 lift per building. Each lift can carry 4 people comfortably.  
• The water supply is from corporation and the scheme has its own water purification facility. 
• Awesome place for a family. Ample of place left for citizens to roam around within the area. One can securely roam around for you early morning walks, jogs or after meal walk or just linger around to get some fresh air.

Rent Details:

• I am expecting about 8500 rs rent per month including maintenance which is 2 rs per sqft. which goes around 1450 rs. 
• Deposit which I expect is 30,000 rs.
• Whatever charges apply for the registration or legal rental process should be shared 50-50, which as per my knowledge at time of the post should be 2500 rs. 
• To mention one more thing, the clubhouse is not free, It has a charge of 250 rs per head if you wanna use it. which I think is worth as I give 10k for Talwarkar's yearly which is definitely not as good as the clubhouse in greenland.
